Poor customer service January 13, 2012

There were holes in my undertail where the fender used to mount. This isnt such a big issue .they have great customer service that i recieved. I called the tech support number on the card i got all my questions answered. I also sent a request to change the shipping address a day prior to receiving the package. UPS will only let the shipper change the address.
