Typographical Errors
In the event that a Sportbike Lites, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sportbike Lites, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sportbike Lites, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sportbike Lites, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy
For any returns to be accepted purchaser must go to the return policy section of the website and agree and answer the given questions. Returns will not be accepted with out completed submitted RMA Forms. For further details on the return, warranty, and exchange policy please follow the directions stated previously.
Warranties
Sportbike Lites, LLC does offer a lifetime warranty on many but not all of our products. Products that are covered are noted in the product description. Should you be unsure if a product is covered under our warranty policy please contact us prior to purchasing. For the products that are covered the following information given is applied to those only. Sportbike Lites, LLC guarantees that to the best of our knowledge the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser from Sportbike Lites, LLC. If the item does have a lifetime warranty on it Sportbike Lites, LLC will repair or exchange the unit. The warranty is void if the unit has be incorrectly installed, damaged in any way by the hands of the purchaser, or tampered with. A copy of the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase as well as a completed RMA form (located under the return policy section) is required when applying for a warranty consideration. A copy of the RMA form must be submitted as well as printed with the product when it arrives to our facility. You can send the product to the address below.
