Terms and Conditions
SportBike Lites, LLC reserves the right to refuse any applicant at any time for any reason. If you have been refused you may contact us to discuss the reason for refusal.
SportBike Lites, LLC reserves that right to revoke dealer privileges at any time for any reason. If your dealer privileges have been revoked we will contact you to discuss the reason for revocation at the time.
To ensure a fair market, SportBike Lites, LLC products can not be listed or advertised more than 10% off msrp. Dealers who wish to include SportBike Lites, LLC product in a “special sale” must contact SportBike Lites, LLC for authorization before doing so. If any SportBike Lites, LLC products are found listed or advertised more than 10% off msrp, the dealer will immediately have dealer privileges revoked or suspended.
SportBike Lites, LLC reserves the right to collect payment in any form possible in the event that the dealer has not paid for any SportBike Lites, LLC products Received. This includes but is not limited to credit card charge, electronic check, or legal action.
By signing this document you agree that you will not replicate, copy, manufacture, contract second party manufacturing or imitate any SportBike Lites, LLC products in design, style or likeness at any time. If found that you have done so SportBike Lites, LLC WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION against your business and self to the absolute possible extent of the law.
At no time will SportBike Lites, LLC products be listed, advertised or miss represented as being manufactured by any other name or company than SportBike Lites, LLC. All SportBike Lites, LLC products will be sold in or with original SportBike Lite, LLC retail packaging.

· A signed copy of your state resale tax certificate stating that you are in the motorcycle industry.
· A copy of a voided business check.
· A copy of the front and back of the credit card you wish to use to place orders.
