What about warranty?
Bazzaz Performance offers a Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty and will handle all claims directly. Proof of purchase is required.
Is Technical Support available?
Yes, dealers and customers can call Bazzaz Performance directly at (909) 628-8616 between the hours of 8am - 5pm (PST) Monday thru Friday.
Does Bazzaz offer training?
Yes, contact your local Tucker Rocky rep and ask when a Bazzaz Performance representative will be in your area for a training session. Training sessions are also available at the Chino, California facility.
Can you map a bike with a Z-Fi on any brand of Dyno?
Yes, you can.
If I want to change from one type of shift pattern to another
later, can I?
Yes. Simply order a replacement shift switch.
Do the Bazzaz EMS units cut fuel or ignition for the Quick Shifter?
The Z-Fi QS and Z-Fi TC systems cut the ignition pulse momentarily.
Does the map select switch only toggle between fuel maps?
No, actually the toggle switch can select fuel maps, quick shift
cut times and traction control maps.
Do I have to add wheel speed sensors to my bike for the
traction control unit?
No, the Z-Fi TC does not require additional sensors. It is a rate of change system that uses the motorcycle’s existing sensors.
Are the Bazzaz Engine Management Systems upgradeable?
No. Each system is preprogrammed and cannot be changed to activate additional functions.
