RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND
WARRANTY POLICY
As a company that prides
itself on top quality products and great customer service we do everything
possible to correct any mistakes that you have experienced. Please keep in mind
the following information, so that returns, exchanges, and warranties may be
handled quickly and efficiently. Sportbike Lites distributes many of our
products worldwide, and if you have purchased through another company other
than us directly, then you are subject to their return policy and are required
to communicate with them before proceeding with returning the product. The RMA form is required to
be submitted if you send any products to our facility. Please fill out
the form below or via our website (www.sportbikelites.com)
and send a copy back with your product.
Once the product is received at our facility it will be processed within
24-72 business hours. If the product is
received with no documents package will not be processed. After 30 days if customer has not contacted
us package will be assumed abandoned and not eligible for processing.
Missing Merchandise :
Please carefully inspect all parts immediately upon receipt. Even if you are not planning on installing your parts unit a later date. Review the instructions provided with your kit and make sure all parts are accounted for. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt if we are to remedy any problems with your order! Keep all original package from shipment including the box as a claim with the shipping carrier may need to be filed.
Damaged Merchandise :
Please review your product entirely at time of arrival. In the event that the merchandise you received is damaged you must notify Sportbike Lites within 7 days of receipt of package for us to remedy the problem. It is required that you keep the damaged products and original packaging material, and shipping box. In order to file a claim with the shipping carrier proof of damage must be supplied or the shipping carrier will not honor any claims.
Return Policy :
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased and would like a refund,
you have 14 days from the time you received it to return it
to our facility in original packaging, and in new resale condition. If
not, then no refund will be issued. No refunds are issued on installed
products. If you have installed your
product you own it. All
products are subject to a 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise as our
products are custom made to order. Sportbike Lites stands behind our product
100% if you have experienced issues with your product after
the allotted return time we will replace or exchange but no refund
will be issued. Sportbike Lites distributes many of our products

shipping labels. You are responsible for all shipping fees to return
merchandise to us.
Exchange Policy :
If after purchasing an item you decide that you would like to exchange it for
another product, please feel free to do so. Items must be submitted in original
packaging and in new resale condition. If they are not, no exchange will be
given. Make sure when completing the form that you state you wish to exchange
and for what product. Once we receive we will contact you for payment. Due to our products being custom made to
order there is a $5.00 change order fee. Sportbike Lites does NOT issue return shipping labels.
You are responsible for all shipping fees to return merchandise to us as well
shipping fees for exchanged product to be shipped.
Warranty Policy :
For any products that you are sending to our facility for a warranty claim fill
out the form below or via our website (www.sportbikelites.com)
Refer to our limited warranty terms and disclaimer that is also enclosed for
further details. Please understand that
should we receive a product that works correctly, you will be responsible for
all shipping the product back to you. In order to eliminate this we do
recommend that you contact technical support to confirm what component of the
product is defective and troubleshoot the issues. If you have done this and
still find the issue is not resolved, complete the form and provide all
requested information. Sportbike Lites does NOT issue return shipping labels. You are responsible for all
shipping fees to return merchandise to us
